I found my dad's care in Trinity to be exceptional were were kept informed and staff could't do enough for us.
Even now my dad is still being cared for by the lovely staff until the funeral directors pick him up.
I find it impossible to find anything to improve this wonderful service.

All was excellent, no improvement needed in any area whatsoever.

Settled, slight concerns by family member re pt with drinks etc but staff have gladly explained patient's "problem" with this family otherwise pleased with care given as is the patient.

Excellent, caring and attentive staff create a relaxed environment with lots of laughter that is essential to well being. Talks informative and interesting. The pain talk could include more about methods of managing pain that don't involve medication.
